How to Get Badges

Member badges are a fun way to track your "growth" as a Kanu member. Represented by small Kanu logo icons, badges are achieved by activity in 5 different categories: Commitments, Inspiration, Action, Sharing, and Volunteering.

In addition, there are two levels of achievement for each badge, represented by different colors: White for the starter level, and blue for exceptional activity.

Badge descriptions

Committed: White Level - Complete your profile, make at least 1 commitment, and author at least 1 journal.
Committed: Blue Level - Complete your profile, and make 15+ commitments and 5+ journals.

Inspiring: White Level - 5+ members must mark your journals as inspirational or good how-tos.
Inspiring: Blue Level - 25+ members must mark your journals as inspirational or good how-tos.

Action: White Level - Join at least 1 Challenge and share at least 1 journal about your experience.
Action: Blue Level - Join 3+ challenges and share 10+ journals about your experience.

Share: White Level - Recruit 5+ new members to Kanu as a result of your sharing.
Share: Blue Level - Recruit 25+ new members to Kanu as a result of your sharing.

Volunteer: White Level - Volunteer at a Kanu-led event.
Volunteer: Blue Level - Help lead/organize a Kanu event.
