Kuhio Park Terrace Improvements - Kalihi, Oahu (click for details)

This flagship project will bring together volunteers from IHS, Kanu and residents of Kuhio Park Terrace public housing to improve the area surrounding KPT. We will be painting, weedwacking, cleaning and planting. This project is being led by Institute for Human Services (IHS) - a Honolulu-based agency dedicated to ending homelessness on Oahu and serving those in need. Its doors are open 24-hours, 365 days a year.

Parking:
Parking on-site, but carpool or bus if you can. Space may be limited.

Other:
Bring a water bottle and sunscreen. Lunch will be served.
All ages welcome, but children must be supervised.

Supplies:
If you can, please bring gloves, rakes, weedwacker, shovels, garbage bags, paint brushes paint tray/rollers, masking tape, and brooms. If you want to help with the flooded area, boots would be recommended. Equipment will also be provided.
