Eat at Restaurants with an Eco Conscience. Help save the Earth.

Leaving Earth A Future ("LEAF") is a youth-driven, non-profit organization whose purpose is to encourage and promote sustainable practices within businesses and nonprofit communities, starting with the restaurant sector.

Restaurants may join if they meet 3 core sustainable commitments (listed below). In return, LEAF will promote the businesses through its website and other media. In addition, as more restaurants commit to sustainable practices, the costs of doing so should decline. Restaurants will be provided an attractive display to show their commitment.

Core Commitments

  1. We will make a general practice of recycling.
  2. We will not use styrofoam (or will offer green alternatives to customers).
  3. We will make customers and employees aware of our green practices.
