About me

Adore the performing arts & their inherent value to educate, entertain, and to provoke CURIOUSITY.

Work as a Lomilomi Practitioner, & grateful we have this knowledge to help heal ourselves sometimes naturally, if we keep our breath ('HA') available, & our minds and hearts OPEN.

Why I love Hawaii

The belief that we are all OHANA & are able to commit to helping one another.

Grateful for that breathtaking drive each morning around Makapu'u to Kailua town: Gaze up at the cliffs, check the clouds & mist, smell the ocean, and reflect how the heart can open, even more.

My interests

Improving knowledge as I begin the inklings of a backyard garden, with these things in mind: Aquaponics & composting. Oh, and yoga & 'nurture' retreats in said backyard coming
Taking advise from The Simplicity Reader, de-stressing, which includes listening or reading my hubby's to the hubby's latest surf session report. Staying worldly, releasing fear.
Addicted to Zumba, a community form... Local Theatre Performer.
