I moved to Hawaii 2 years ago to help my father in law open Hank's Haute Dogs. Since then have become a Mother. I am a Slow Foods supporter and avid farmer's market shopper. I am the Honolulu Cooking Examiner for and will have articles and recipes featured in the East Oahu Sun. I have grown to LOVE Hawaii and understand the importance of protecting the land and the values that are held so dear.
