I moved to Hawaii 2 years ago to help my father in law open Hank's Haute Dogs. Since then have become a Mother. I am a Slow Foods supporter and avid farmer's market shopper. I am the Honolulu Cooking Examiner for Examiner.com and will have articles and recipes featured in the East Oahu Sun.
