i didnt quite prepare myself for an entire week of hawaii grown food and its kicking my arse, it trully takes a average joe like myself a weeklong writtenout plan to sucessfully accomplish this, although not impossible and not overly difficult, just not easy either.

uh oh, this is going to be tough, im not going to break down my entire day of grinds, at least for sunday, but i will say that there was a large percentage of locally produced food, ive been buying HI at the grocery store already, although not 100%, i have not yet gone to foodland to see their HI...
