I've had the pleasure of meeting some great people this week in the foodservice industry. There seem to be a lot of us out there who want to be more sustainable in our business model. With the economy kinda up in the air and people scared to spend, as business owners we in turn become hesitant to spend on organic or local ingredients, earth friendly paper goods and eco-friendly equipment. We should form a support group! I think we all assume we're the only one's out there in this dilemma but its nice to discover that we're not!
