Tea and Bio-char

As some of you may know I am working on a green tea and egg farm. We've been doing more green tea/home gardening than eggs lately.

Our third tea harvest was processed on November 30th. We have actual packaging now with a logo and label. Several people bought it to give as a holiday gift. It sold out quickly. It was light colored, delicate tasting, with a nice floral smell.

We have also been testing Bio-char lately.

Our sweet potato test was harvested on Friday:

8 plants, control: 13.8 lbs
8 plants, with char and IMO: 21.2 lbs

That’s around 50% more potatoes, check out the picture above, control on the left. It's pretty exciting evidence of what Bio-char does.

This is great work Jacoby ... fantastic leadership. As it is today if the U.S. tried to move to organic farming (no commercial fertilizers) millions would starve. You're on the way to solving this. WOW!!!
