'Filling your belly not the landfill' - that is the slogan behind 'Take Out Without' Campaign, otherwise known as the Reduce Restaurant waste.
When I do go out to eat I make sure that I BMOR (Bring my own Reusable) container with me in case I don't finish all my food, I can pack it up in my reusable 'take home container'.
Make it easier on yourself and keep a clean set in your car like I do.

This is a great tip! I carry a collapsable container with me in my laptop bag. You can get containers that fold really flat but pop out to swallow an entire plate lunch :-) Some places will even serve your food in your own container.
