Diamond Head State Monument: Peace Garden Work Day

Come out to Diamond Head every third Saturday to work with our staff and Trees for Kaimuki to care for our Fort Ruger Pathway and Millennium Peace Garden! This workday often involves garden maintenance and caring for our native plants and trees. This workday is special as it is the 25th Anniversary of the Leahi Peace Garden! We hope you will join us for this exciting event! Please be sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and bring water and sunscreen. Please be sure to sign up at https://dlnr.ivolunteer.com/dhsm_3sat_1019 so that you can receive email updates and the parking map. The event is not inside the crater! If you have reached the trail parking lot you have gone too far! Volunteer parking will be located across the street from the Kapiolani Community College bus stop.
When: @ 9:00 AM- 12:00PM Where: Exterior of Diamond Head State Monument, parking map will be provided.
