Hello Aloha Responds Community. HCAP and Kumuhonua Transitional Living Center Program is requesting resources to get cell phones to our clients and our homeless population. Now more than ever it is important for our homeless population to have access to a cell phone so that they can reach medical service providers and so that outreach workers can maintain contact with clients after testing and for updates about housing opportunities. Keeping people housed will help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Can you help?
