To help with the number of kūpuna statewide, who are reaching out to request our service, we’re looking for remote volunteers who would like to join our administrative team. As a remote administrative volunteer, you would be responsible for:- Answering incoming phone calls from kupuna and volunteers- Screening new volunteers- Connecting kupuna with volunteers- Periodically checking in with kupuna and volunteer after a connection has been madeEssentially, we’re looking for volunteer case managers who can 1) commit to at least 15 hours per week, 2) have a computer at home they can use, 3) who is not afraid of technology and using multiple platforms, and last but not least, 4) consider themselves an above-average communicator.Mahalo in advance for your consideration in becoming a remote administrative volunteer! *Case management, outreach experience, and speaking different languages are a plus.*
