What We Do

Aloha and Welcome to the Rotary Club of Honolulu!People of action, Rotary is where neighbors, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change. 1.2 million members strong, Rotarians world-wide will continue to “Create Hope in the World” the Rotary International theme for
2023-2024.

Who We Are

Chartered on July 1, 1915, the Rotary Club of Honolulu remains the oldest and largest Rotary Club in Hawai`i. Our club includes like-minded business, civic, and community leaders, both young and seasoned, who are guided by our Rotary principles and bonded together by a common philosophy of “Service Above Self”.

Known for hosting influential, relevant and interesting speakers during our meetings at Noon on Tuesdays, our Programs provide our members an opportunity to broaden our understanding of current issues and challenges and encourage solution driven conversations. We offer virtual and in-person meetings, and a variety of meaningful service projects, such as Centennial Park, our gift to the City, residents and visitors of Waikiki. In addition to a plethora of local service projects, the members of the Rotary Club of Honolulu have participated in more than eighteen International Service projects in Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Nepal, to name a few.

Please join us for one of our meetings to learn more about our club and how you can get involved in making Hawai`i a better place.
