Hānai ‘Āina Workdays

Waimea Valley (Oʻahu)

Join us for a mauka (upland) adventure and help us restore the native forest on the ridge above Waimea Valley. Our Hānai ‘Āina workday begins promptly at 9am with a 45 minute hike up the Kalāheʻe ridge. Participants must be at least 16 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Because of the remote area and the need for a hiking guide, all volunteers must be able to stay for the entire event (9am-3pm). An RSVP is required.
