#DiveForEarthDay with Aaron’s Dive Shop

Aaron’s Dive Shop

Aaron’s Dive Shop

About the organizer

Aaron’s Dive Shop is committed to caring for our ohana. We know that the dive industry is notorious for low wages and high turnover. Our goal is not to be the exception to that ‘normal’ but rather to be a great place to work, a constant in our diving community and a valued member of the Kailua community for another 50 years! With that in mind, we have made it a part of our mission to offer competitive livable wages to all our employees. As a business operating in the state with the highest cost of living in the country, we are choosing to prioritize our ohana. We will continually strive to do good for our employees and community as we change with the world. Aloha nui loa to the community that continues to make our dive ohana possible.
