Chipping awawy at domestic violence Golf Tournament – prize gatherers

Our 15th annual golf tournament, Chipping Away at Domestic Violence, is coming up… this is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year and we need lots of volunteers! One area we need help with is in garnering prizes for our 42 participating teams. Each team has four golfers on it, so we are looking for 4 prizes of the same thing, such as four gift certificates to restaurants, four passes to a show, four gift cards from retailers, etc.
If you have any connections to help us with prize gathering, we welcome your assistance and support! The golf tournament takes place on Friday, June 23rd, so we need to start gathering some good prizes now. Mahalo for your help with this important initiative.

The Domestic Violence Action Center is committed to addressing domestic violence and other forms of harm through leadership, unique services, legal representation, housing, survivor and system advocacy, community education and social change work. Support, crisis intervention, safety planning, risk assessments, representation in court, education in the classroom and participation in community efforts to become more responsive to the needs of victims are the areas of the agency’s expertise.
