Habitat For Humanity – Maui

Habitat For Humanity Maui will rebuild homes in Lahaina with the help of a core group of volunteers. We call this group the H4H Pilina (Habitat 4 Humanity Connection).
Who: Habitat for Humanity Maui + local volunteers (you!)
When: Saturdays March 15- May 17 8:30am- 3:30pm
Where: Kahoma Neighborhood. Currently we plan to build 4 houses at the same time starting March 1. The H4H Pilina will contribute to the beginning phases of these 4 houses.
How: With funds from a Beloved Community Grant we are able to provide a keiki program with fun activities while parents help us build. Everyone will eat lunch together. We hope to create a community while rebuilding the kohoma neighborhood. Details about childcare are available upon request. the program will largely depend on who signs up/ how old the keki are. The plan is to play outside most of the time, and bring in fun activities that all ages will enjoy. We will be near enough to the jobsite that we can all gather for lunch and pau hana.
