Dune restorations aim to remove invasive, non-native plant species so the native coastal vegetation can thrive! Help us to restore this fragile area to protect our coastline from erosion, and serve as a buffer against storms and flooding.
Join us for a dune restoration to remove invasive, non-native plant species! We are going to give this beach park a new look for this new year!
You will play a pivotal role in this coastal preservation initiative by showing up and identifying, removing and disposing of invasive plants that threaten our local ecosystem.
We are co-hosting the planting day alongside SeaGrant!
