Help Keiki In Foster Care – In Kind Donations & Volunteers
Hoaloha Project
Hoaloha Project is accepting in-kind donations and seeking volunteers to join our team!
The first night in a foster home is often one of the hardest a child will face, torn from the family and home they know into an unfamiliar and sometimes unsafe environment. We work to provide comfort during this difficult transition.
In-kind donations can be made through our Amazon Wish List here:
https://a.co/hPdZCsF
All donated items directly support our Keiki Comfort Program, which provides trauma-informed care packages that include weighted plushies, mental health journals, art supplies, and resource pamphlets to help keiki feel safe, seen, and supported.
Volunteers can apply through our website here:
www.hoalohaproject.org/join-us
We are currently seeking a volunteer Outreach Specialist who can help spread our mission by connecting with community partners, sharing our work, and advocating for foster youth.
We are also looking for a volunteer Art Therapist to pilot our Keiki Canvas Program, providing virtual art therapy to groups of foster keiki.
If you are interested in volunteering or would like to learn more, please reach out—we would love to hear from you. Mahalo for your time and support!
