Implement Sales Force application
The Caregiver Foundation
Sales Force has provided The Caregiver Foundation with licenses to use their product. We are hoping to organize our lists of supporters, donors, and contacts and be able to communicate more effectively with them. But, we have never used a CRM and don’t have staff to dedicate to learning how in a short time.
What we do have
lists on excel (donor lists, silent auction lists, event participant lists, professional organizations lists, etc.
We do not have 10’s of thousands of names and information and do have a few hundred. We are hoping to be able to use SF to grow our support base and keep the staff time focused on delivery to those we serve.
