Check-in Tables
This is a seated position. You will assist KEY staff with receiving the imu items, verifying proper wrapping, attaching tags, creating claim tickets, and distributing items to other attendants. This post requires strong attention to detail, ability to handle a fast pace, and a welcoming and friendly attitude. **Note: This is a time sensitive post so you must be onsite and ready on time (3:00pm). Turkey Re-Wrap Station
This is a standing position with some light walking. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds safely and understand the potential of getting dirty. If an item is not properly wrapped according to imu requirements, then you will assist the attendee in re-wrapping their item(s), properly tagging and labeling item(s), creating claim tickets, and distributing to other attendants. **Note: This is a time sensitive post so you must be onsite and ready on time (3:00pm). Imu Loading Laulima Line/ Clean Up Crew
THIS POSITION IS PHYSICALLY DEMANDING. You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds safely, stand on an incline , and work swiftly as a team. You will be passing the turkeys/food items from the tent to the imu crew along a laulima line . You will follow direction and guidance originating from our imu crew lead. You will not be loading items directly into the imu! Once loading is done, this role will also assist in cleaning tables and campus areas in preparation for the next day.Please wear close toed shoes and comfortable clothing to work in. You will get dirty. **Note: This is a time sensitive post so you must be onsite and ready on time (5:00pm). Also, all positions may be reassigned by KEY staff based on event needs.
