CERENE Hub Learning Community

CERENE Hub Learning Community coordinates recovery and resilience-building across Koʻolauloa communities (Hauʻula, Lāʻie, Kahana).

Current programs:

  • Psychological First Aid (PFA) workshops — most recent April 17, 2026
  • CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training
  • Resilience Hub network — activated during Kona Low to coordinate community response
  • Connecting partner organizations (Hoʻāla ʻĀina Kūpono, Hale Ofa, Lāhui Foundation)

How you can help:

  • Volunteer for coordinated recovery activities in Koʻolauloa
  • Participate in resilience training programs
  • Help connect residents with available services
  • Support community needs assessment
