Hawaii Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD)

Hawaiʻi Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) serves as the statewide coordination umbrella for disaster response and recovery. VOAD connects nonprofits, faith-based organizations, government agencies, and community groups to reduce duplication of efforts and ensure resources reach those in need.

How you can help:
• Organizations can join the VOAD network to coordinate recovery efforts
• Experienced disaster volunteers can connect with member organizations
• Help with inter-agency communication and coordination
• Support long-term recovery planning

Hawaiʻi VOAD works with organizations like Crisis Cleanup, the Red Cross, Salvation Army, and dozens of other local and national disaster response partners.
