Kona Low Storm Response — IHS Housing Support for Displaced Residents
IHS Institute for Human Services
IHS Institute for Human Services is providing housing and homelessness services for residents displaced by the Kona Low flooding. Many people who lost their homes or had homes severely damaged are at risk of homelessness.
How you can help:
• Volunteer to support displaced residents with shelter services
• Help with intake and resource navigation for newly displaced families
• Assist with meal service and supply distribution at shelters
• Support outreach efforts to identify people in need of housing assistance
IHS serves anyone experiencing homelessness or housing instability across Oʻahu.
