The City and County of Honolulu Community Assistance Center at Waialua District Park is the central in-person hub for Kona Low flood recovery on Oʻahu. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Services available on-site:
• DPP — Emergency permitting information and support
• DHLM — Housing options in City properties
• CSD — Replacement driver’s licenses, state IDs, vehicle registration fee info
• DCS — Kūpuna resources, down payment and rental assistance, home support
• BWS — Billing information for impacted areas
• OER — Business and farmer assistance, language access support
• DOH Vital Records — Replacement birth, marriage, and death certificates
• DOH Environmental Health — Safe cleanup guidance

Community partners on-site include Aloha United Way, American Red Cross, Catholic Charities, Family Promise, Hawaiʻi Food Bank, Hawaiian Humane Society, Oʻahu SPCA, The Salvation Army, VOAD, and others providing financial assistance and food support.

Free Wi-Fi and device charging stations available — bring your own charging cord. Emergency supplies distributed at the community-led center at Old Waialua Sugar Mill across Goodale Avenue.
