Lēʻahi Summit Cleanup
DLNR: State Parks: Diamond Head State Monument
Aloha! Join us for a fun weekday workday at Lēʻahi State Monument (Diamond Head). This event will start at 4:00PM and finish at 6:00 PM. Tasks will include things like picking up trash, removing invasive species, working in our native plant gardens, and more! This workday usually involves hiking to the summit. If this event sounds fun for you, please join us in taking care of Lēʻahi! Since it will be hot at this time, be sure to bring a hat, sunscreen, and lots of water and snacks. There is a limit of 25 people for this event. Parking will be located inside the crater; just tell the parking attendants you are there to volunteer. Where: Interior of Diamond Head State Monument
Parking: Workday will be located inside the crater. Tell the parking staff that you are there to volunteer and they will guide you to our volunteer parking area. Parking will be down the road at the back of the parking lot.
