Leahi Summit Clean-Up
DLNR: State Parks: Diamond Head State Monument

Please read all the information before signing up!
Aloha! Join us for a very special workday at Leahi State Monument (Diamond Head). This event will start at 1:30PM and finish at 5:00PM. Due to the early closures this is the perfect time to take care of the summit. This workday will involve hiking to the summit, cleaning out dirt and debris, and painting things like walls and stairs. If this sounds like something you would be capable of, we’d love for you to join us! To sign up please go to this website: https://dlnr.ivolunteer.com/dhsm_summ_0213 . You must sign up on this website. This is to keep track of how many volunteers we have!
It is important for you to be on time for this event!! You must arrive at the park by 1:00. We are beginning the hike promptly at 1:30, If you are late you will be left behind and will not be allowed to join. Since this workday will be during the hottest time of the day, be sure to bring a hat, sunscreen, and lots of water and snacks. At the end of the workday, we will all leave from the summit at the same time, as you will have to be escorted out of the park: ie there will be no early departures from the workday!
