Spring 2023 Remote Social Media Volunteer Intern
How can nonprofits use social media to create social change? This remote volunteer internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with digital tools and trends while helping advance solutions to our planet’s critical issues. Hours are flexible, with a minimum of 8 hours expected each week.
Volunteer Internship Responsibilities:
- Build and manage positive social media engagement
- Create, communicate, and promote events on Instagram
Experience & Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and proficient in time management and organization
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience with graphic design and creative communications
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and execute plans
- Passion for the mission and values of Understory Alliance
- Proficient in Google Suite applications, Canva, and Instagram
